ABOUT EMiP
My career in construction has always been high-tech minded with a special focus in Electrical Engineering. Starting as an Electrical Engineer on data center projects, I broadened my experience by working as a Lead Engineer and Commissioning Engineer before bringing all my knowledge together as Project Manager in (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering) MEP-centric markets like Data Centers, Power plant, Semiconductor, Automotive, Off-shore and Oil & Gas. Starting EMiP was a natural progression for me. I believe in living your best self, and for me that’s sharing both the technical and people skills I’ve acquired over the course of my career to create win-win outcomes as a consultant for other companies.
With all that I do, and especially EMiP, I bring my infectious optimism, energy, passion and sense of responsibility. Working with me and EMiP means you’ll not only have a professional experience, but an enjoyable one as well.
Leadership Style
I approach every challenge with optimism and a great sense of responsibility. As a leader, I offer flexibility and adaptability to best suit the needs of the project, team and client.
Communication
90% of my time on a project is spent communicating. It is essential that vision, ideas, goals and issues are communicated clearly for a healthy team and overall alignment.
Team Player
The team is only as strong as its weakest link. If someone is struggling I do what it takes “remove obstacles, provide resources, roll my sleeves up“ to get the job done.
Integrity
Integrity comes naturally to me and is the measure by which I live my life. Keeping my commitments, taking responsibility and respecting others is number one.
Commitment
I’ll do what it takes for win-win outcomes. That means being available to work through challenges no matter what. Driving to make progress and stay on track comes before the “9 to 5”-mentality.
