Manage DPR team and trade partners to investigate, maintain and refurbish MEP equipment on an existing, out-of-service data center. Scope of work includes architectural changes and re-branding and systems reconfiguration to upgrade the data center to N+1 redundancy.
Testing, inspecting and maintaining existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and installations in the facility. All findings, defective, corrective actions and recommendations on installations and equipment are implemented to an operational and fully commissioned state.
Commissioning, renovation, new loading bay and rebranding of the facility
Setting up a containerized power and cooling solution to get the first data hall operational while the rest of the facility is under construction and renovation
Reconfiguration to upgrade the data center to N+1 redundancy by adding additional installations and components to cover a complete failure of the primary equipment.
